She was predeceased by: her father John Rempel. She is survived by: her children, Daniel Engel (Michelle Lukas) and Patrice Engel; her mother Kathe Rempel; her aunt Hilda Hamm; and her siblings, Victor Rempel (Marcia) and Elsie Rempel. She is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
