He is survived by: his wife Carrie (Block); his children, Rylee and Logan; his parents, Diane and Dennis; his siblings, Tammy Perepolkin (Chris) and Jason (Bryn); and his siblings' children, Josef, Wyatt, Isaac, Cole and Ashlyn.
