With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Kheara Evelyn Marie Bowman-Mehrer (Kelowna, British Columbia), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Dawn and Ron Andrews; and her great-grandparents, Brandon and Brad. She is survived by: her mother Kara Ouellette; her stepfather Mike Ouellette; her brothers, Bailey (Kaylee), Noah, Connor and Joshua; her nephew Theo; and her grandparents, Alma and Doug Bowman. She is also survived by many Aunties, Uncles, and Cousins.
