He is survived by: his father George Bay; his stepmother June Bay; his sisters, Marilyn Bay and Sharon Stoelwinder (Andrew); his stepsiblings, Loretta Potvin (Don) and Rod Beherns (Bev); his child Trev Beherns (Dianne); his niece Shannon Croom (Dwayne Galigan); his children, Amanda McCarthy (Brendan) and Tasha Bay; and his mother Marie "Mary" Catherine Bay.
