He was predeceased by: his parent Leonie Sargenia; and his sister Josephine "Kie" Sundin (Stan). He is survived by: his sister Yvonne Kendall (Chet); his former wife Marian; his children, Karen Rowen, Jim Sargenia and Aimee Schlosser (Dan); his grandchildren, Mathew Rowen (Jimmy), Riley (Kathleen), Jeffrey (Katie) and Rachel Schlosser; his wife Katie; and his friend Gerda.
