It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lena Tilla Acott (Kelowna, British Columbia), born in Marwayne, Alberta, who passed away on March 23, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her son Alan; her parents, Halvor Lier and Sally Perk; her parents-in-law, Ernest Acott and Mae Acott; and her siblings-in-law, Doreen Acott and Ted Acott.

She is survived by: her significant other Bob Acott; her children, Dale Acott, Linda Ellenchuk (Randy) and Shelly Krueger (Roland); her siblings, Harvey Lier, Eileen Malchow and Clifford Lier (Valerie); her grandchildren, Grieg Quinlan, Curtis Ellenchuk (Erica), Kirsten Quinlan, Alex Krueger and Carly Krueger; her great grandchildren, Emma Walters, Ethan Kerman, Olivia Ellenchuk, Mitchell Kerman, Owen Ellenchuk and Samantha Kerman; and her nephew Diego Alcaraz.

Due to the current pandemic, no formal service will be held.
