It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Leonard John Dutchak in Kelowna, British Columbia, who passed away on October 9, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his daughter Lynda. He is survived by: his wife Gail Dutchak; his son Rob; his granddaughters, Elizabeth and Kaylee; and his great grandchild Diego.

In honor of Leonard's memory, the family kindly requests that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
