With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Lorna Rothwell (Kelowna, British Columbia), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. The passing of Lorna leaves a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Franklin Sigurdson and Dora Sigurdson; and her siblings, Hugh and Enid. She is survived by: her daughter Dawn Rothwell (Chris Dueck); her granddaughter Tiana Dueck; her daughter Marni Thorpe (Lorry Chernoff); her grandchildren, Ashton and Riley Thorpe; her son-in-law Michael Thorpe; her brother Wilf Sigurdson; and her grandchild Gigi.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, June 26th 2026 at 12:00 PM and at 7:00 PM at the Two Eagles Golf Course (3509 Carrington Rd, West Kelowna, BC V4T2E6). To assist with planning, the family kindly asks that those wishing to attend please RSVP to Marni at marnithorpe@gmail. com.
