He was predeceased by: his father Harold. He is survived by: his mother Judy; his sister Tracy Forsythe (Irwin); his niece Jennifer McKerracher (Mike); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Maren, Jack and Jesse; his niece Amy Fraser (Tanner); his great-nephew Everett; his niece Sawyer; and his nephew Steven Forsythe. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
