With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Mario Robert Basilio Ciancone (Kelowna, British Columbia), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 7, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the vast expanse of eternity, Mario shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Mario farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Alec Ciancone and Laura Ciancone; and his sisters, Gloria Ghini and Vilma Vujich. He is survived by: his wife Berbie; his children, Mark Ciancone (Dorothy), Cydnee Knorr (Brad) and Bart Ciancone; and his grandchildren, Brycen Knorr, Jeran Knorr (Olivia), Laura Ciancone (Connor) and Lia Ciancone (Pete). He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, cousins, and countless friends.
