Mary Minchuk Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Minchuk (Kelowna, British Columbia), who passed away on July 10, 2025 at the age of 92. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Mary Minchuk to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her husband William Minchuk; her parents, Walter Skotnitsky and Katherine Skotnitsky; her siblings, Anton (Jeanette Skotnitsky), Carl (Paulette Skotnitsky), Emily (Walter Strutynski) and Nettie (Fred Jemieff); and her nephew Ken Strutynski.

She is survived by: her children, Brenda Killick (Bruce), Beverley Bishop, Lavina Gaucher (Greg Parker), Gerald Minchuk (Gillian) and Angela Pomeroy (Brian); her grandchildren, Abra, Adam, Mitchell, Barbara, Andrew, Marissa, Christopher, Michaela and Mazee; and her great grandchildren, Logan, Ayden, Isaac, Rose, Sawyer, Sienna, Aubree, Iyla and Mia.

A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Pius X Catholic Church (1346 Gordon Dr, Kelowna, BC V1Y6X6).
