He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Youngest and Gladys Youngest. He is survived by: his wife Deborah; his son Adam (Lisa); his sister Yvonne Fukada (Tadashi); his sister-in-law Tracey Cuthbert (Andrew); his parent-in-law Odleif Skonnord (Marianne); his niece Andrea; and his nephews, Simon and Graeme. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
