He is survived by: his father William Cook; his children, Rodney (Leanne Cook), Daphne (Richard Clegg) and Gordon (Cathy Cook); his grandchildren, Julie Cook, Dan Clegg (Kara), Sarah Collins (Tyler), Melissa Cook (Steve), Steve Clegg (Marla), Alex Cook (Dominique), Eric Clegg (Devon) and Bruce Cook (Pam); and his great grandchildren, Elizabeth, Arli, Kipton, Reece, Hoyt, Dawson, Tanner and Heeu. He is also survived by his parents, family members, and friends.
