It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Moira Jean Lipscombe (Kelowna, British Columbia), who passed away on August 5, 2025, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorothy Tappenden and Fred Tappenden; her siblings, Joan and Barry; and her husband Dudley Lipscombe.

She is survived by: her children, Barry (Cindy) and Jan (Jacques Lefebvre); her grandchildren, Denise, Kimberly (Jamie), Marc and Jenayah; her great grandchildren, Dawson and Atlin; and her friend Ray Vinten. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Moira's memory can be made to the Summerland Recope Program, an organization that gave her so much and meant the world to her.
