He was predeceased by: his parents, Sarah Teresa Louisa Scriver and Hughie Albert "Bob" Scriver; and his brother Patrick Jay Scriver. He is survived by: his wife Julie Scriver; his daughters, Kristen Scriver and Teresa Moseley; his grandchildren, Olivia Moseley and Maxwell Moseley; and his brothers, Darrell Scriver and Greg Scriver.
