He was predeceased by: his brothers, Neil and Allan. He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his children, Lani, Martin and Dan (Carina); his brothers, Colin (Elaine) and Brian (Pat); and his grandchildren, Brandon, Emily, Evan, Zachary and Kylie.
Per Lyall's request, in lieu of service and flowers, donations may be made to the BC Cancer Agency in Kelowna.
