He was predeceased by: his wife Ruth. He is survived by: his son Stephen; his grandchildren, Tessa and Scarlet; his siblings, Jon, Susan and Sandra; his siblings-in-law, Prima, Catherine, Roy, Sandy, Bill and Stan; and his extended family, Kelly, Ted, Rex and Pam.
