He is survived by: his wife Catherine Lewis; his mother Joan Ellergodt (Scott); his siblings, Robert (Carol) and Lorie (Barry); and his friends, Greg, John, Cory, Don, Tracey, Georgina, Laurie, Tim and Karen. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
