He is survived by: his wife Kathern Cook; his children, Thomas (Lenore), Michael (Wanda), James, Loretta (David), Patricia (Ray), Karen (Jim) and Connie (Jay); his sister Shirley; and also David (Monica). He is also survived by nephews, nieces, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
