He is survived by: his significant other Pamela; his stepchildren, Greg (Krista), Jeff (Madi), Chelsea, Tiffany and Donna; the mothers of children, Samantha (Brad) and Jessica; his grandchildren, Blake, Koen, Reid, Daxton, Aliyah, Brynleigh and Kade; his siblings, Joe (Siss), Ernie (Debbie), David (Cindy), Eric and Heather; and his sister-in-law Sandi (Rob). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews.
