Rita Angela King Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rita Angela King of Kelowna, British Columbia, born in Rainy River, Ontario, who passed away on November 30, 2025 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the vast expanse of eternity, Rita shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Rita farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

She is survived by: her children, Ella May, Dan and George. She is also survived by three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to one of her favourite charities: Kelowna Gospel Mission, The War Amps, or the Canadian Cancer Society.
