He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Appleby and Mary Appleby. He is survived by: his wife Sandi Appley; his children, Chelsea Fullerton (Travis), Logann, London and Samantha Appleby (Paul Bennis); his grandchildren, Raelyn and Robbie; his sister Karen Gee (Bert); his stepson Morgan Buckingham (Kim); his stepgrandchildren, Claire, Lily and Dane; his stepson Bradly Buckingham; and his stepgrandchildren, Kaysha and Emma. He is also survived by many extended family members, sister and brother-in-law's, nieces, nephews, cousins and many close friends.
