He is survived by: his friends, Mike Tompkins, Bob Fay, Chuck Gage and Don McNulty; his granddaughter Georgia; his wife Barbara; his sons, Scott (Isabel) and Cam (Jenny); his grandchildren, Eli (Courtney), Steffi, Anton, Enric and Andrei; and his brother Ted. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
