He is survived by: his wife Jody; his children, Jason (Amanda) and April (Tom); his siblings, Joyce Felker (Les) and Joey Kozakevich; and his siblings-in-law, Joan Felker, Mark (Gerri), Clark Johnston, Wendy Carlson (Dan) and Laureen Johnston. He is also survived by many cousins, nephews, and nieces.
