He is survived by: his wife Carol Carpenter (Hanson) of Elkford, BC; his sons, Christopher Carpenter (Jackie) of Sparwood, BC and Clinton Carpenter (Jennifer) of Calgary, AB; his grandchildren, Tyler, Madison, Jacob and Sarah; his siblings, Dorothy Kuxhaus, David Carpenter and Kathleen Georgison (Donald); and his brother-in-law Grant Hanson (Denise). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
