He is survived by: his spouse Susan; his sons, Matthew (Mary) and Chad (Monica); his grandchildren, Jon, Samantha, Emily and Ben; his sister Lauren Embury (Michael); and his siblings-in-law, Heather Jack (Stuart), Patricia MacDonald and Richard MacDonald (Samantha).
