He was predeceased by: his father Nick Heck. He is survived by: his mother Frieda Heck; his wife Judy Opitz; his sons, Steve (Bea) and Aaron (Cara); his grandchildren, Reese, Amelia and Ailish; his siblings, Darryl (Linda), Kieth (Marleen) and Colleen (Mark); his parents-in-law, Mary, Bettie and Ray (Marilyn); and his sister Paulette.
A celebration of life gathering will be held but, due to COVID, the exact details have not yet been determined.
