She is survived by: her husband Evert Emmelkamp; her brother-in-law Ewald Nikel; her sisters, Bernietta Nikel and Joan Schroeder (Daniel); her nieces and nephews, Scott (Shawna), Craig Nikel, Andrew (Rowena), Christy Nikel (Christopher Caulfield) and Lisa Schroeder (Yvan Sabourin); and her stepchildren, Ernie Emmelkamp (Evelyn), Theo Emmelkamp (Kim) and Carol Versluys (Frank). She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
