She was predeceased by: her parents, Nancy Atamanchuk and Bill Atamanchuk; her husband Roy Zukiwsky; her siblings, Anne Stepchuk and Edward Atamanchuk; and her son-in-law Arthur Eastlake.

She is survived by: her daughters, Karen Eastlake of Edmonton and Deborah Laidlaw (Rick) of Kelowna; her grandchildren, Alexa Eastlake, Bradyn Eastlake, Kristy Baxter (Chris) and Taylor Laidlaw; her great grandchildren, Ruby and Rozlyn Baxter; her sister Kathy Walling (Jeff) of Edmonton; her nieces, Cindy Walling (Ziggy Kirchner) and Sharon Walling; her nephew Gary Stepchuk; her great-nephews, Jared and Justin Holosney; and her stepson Tracy Zukiwsky. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
