She was predeceased by: her father Steve; her grandparents, Jack Lwowski, Norma and Keith Ham; and her uncle Bernard.
She is survived by: her mother Brenda; her brothers, Kevin (Angela) and Curtis (Kailey); her nephews, Derek, Jeff, Asher and Grady; her niece Jenna; her grandmother Veronica; and her family Christina. She is also survived by Aunts, Uncles and several cousins.
