“My name is Frank Legare and will Miss Valerie as our relation ship goes back 50 years There are so many memories as Valerie was like a second Mom to me and was always ready to listen and at times would give pretty strong advice. My daughter Frances would always visit Valerie and they became very close. Frances is trying her best to be here at the funeral, however the airplane she is flying on is broke down in Prince George and she is praying that they get it fixed in time for her to attend .”
