She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Casorso and Alice Casorso; her husband Bert Sperling; and her siblings, Betsy O'Shaunessey, Joyce McDonald, Norma Barker, Garth Lanfranco and Ken Casorso.

She is survived by: her sister Linda Lanfranco; and her children, Douglas Sperling, Susan Richardson, Karen Sperling, Marie Sperling, Ann Sperling and Joan Stepler. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 33 great-grandchildren.
