He was predeceased by: his parents, Lily Baker and Walter Colin Baker; his brother Colin; his grandsons, Wally Baker Jr. and Jason Jennings; and his children, Laura Lordi and Wally Baker.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Giannelia; his sister Jean Harrison; his children, Gene (Lisa McNee Baker), Leslie Klett (Gunter) and D'Arcy (Wendy); his stepdaughters, France and Manon Ste Marie; his grandchildren, Ab Baker (Amanda), Ivy Ausmus (Darcy), Jeremy McNee-Baker (Sarah White), Joey McNee-Baker (Rhianna Paul), Liam McNee-Baker, Lynette Jennings, Drew Jennings (Apryl) and Alexander Klett (Kim); his great grandchildren, Max, Jett Baker, Jace, Cooper, Karlee Ausmus, Emily, Rosie, John Baker, Kobe Osmond, Ava Adcock, Abrielle Lily, Jack D'Arcy, Mac Henry and Tommy Walker Jennings; and his sibling's children, Denise Burke (Bill) and Blane Harrison (Dawn).
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 30th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Faith Lutheran Church (250 Gibbs Rd W, Kelowna, BC V1X2W3). A reception will be held on Saturday, May 30th 2026 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
