It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Osborne of Kelowna, British Columbia, who passed away on November 22, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Blanche. He is survived by: his children, Dan (Yuki), Pam (Randy) and Penny (Dave). He is also survived by six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; extended family and endless friends.
