He was predeceased by : his parents, Maurice Hickey and Eleanor Hickey. He is survived by : his wife Lynn; his brother Gerald (Debbie) of Port Townsend; his son Clayton (Shauna); his grandson James; his son Travis; his nieces, Jennifer, Jessica and Erin; and his nephew Eric.
