David Maksymchuk Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Maksymchuk (Ladysmith, British Columbia), born in Kamsack, Saskatchewan, who passed away on April 20, 2021, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Maksymchuk and Metro Maksymchuk. He is survived by: his children, Rhéa (Justin) and Caleb (Jennifer); and his grandchildren, Kylan, Ryann and Adelyn.
