He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen McKinnon and Mel Moxness; and his brother Miles (Terry). He is survived by: his wife Cheryl (Breault); his children, Lance (Kumiko) and Clayten (Amber); his siblings, Krissy (Guy), Ron (late Diane), Ralph (Cindy), Nels (Diane) and Mark (Denise); his close friends, Jean-Marc Carisse and Lutz Luhmann; and his pet Pack. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, extended family.
