He is survived by: his wife Marlene; his pets, Siena, Sarsi, Bedwell and Bute; and his family, Liesbeth Schalkwijk, John Pockett, Hans Schalkwijk (Holland), Bart, Stijn, Mees Schalkwijk (Holland), Monique Pockett, Anton Zytnik, Tayte, Felix (Berlin Germany), Lachlan, Emil Pockett, Jan Schalkwijk, Kizzy Raphael, Nicholas and Finagan. He is also survived by his extended family, in friends.
