With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Arthur Carl Palm in Lake Cowichan, British Columbia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 29, 2026 at the age of 86. He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Hine and Paul Dwyer Munson. He is survived by: his spouse Moyra; his sons, Scott, Bradley John and Brent; his granddaughters, Shawna of Vanc, Carlene of Chicago and Meranda; Marion, Paul, Henry and Eva. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
