He was predeceased by: his former wife Gloria Mary Weir; his wife Elizabeth'Betty'Weir; his son Glenn Barry Weir; his brothers, Brian and Grant Weir; and his parents, Andrew'Clifford'Weir and Georgina'Ena'Weir.

He is survived by: his daughters, Tia Alison Weir and Andrena Siobhan Ryznar; his son-in-law Dan Ryznar; and his stepchildren, Helene Lowe and Craig Lowe. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
