It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dina Maria Vriend (Langley, British Columbia), who passed away on May 16, 2025, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. As Dina Maria departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Dina Maria may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Dina Maria leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her husband Joe Vriend. She is survived by: her sister Stien; and her sons, John (Margaret), Frank (Monika), Joe (Roci) and Randy (Wendy). She is also survived by six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
