He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas George Midgley (Ivy Isobel Midgley) and Liverpool; and his brothers, Brian and Neil. He is survived by: his sons, Stephen (Louanne) and Michael (Lisa); his grandsons, Richard, Owen, David and Dylan; and his wife Judy. He is also survived by his sons and daughters-in-law, his grandsons.
