With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Gary Gordon Sorensen (Maple Ridge, British Columbia), born in Vancouver, British Columbia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 19, 2025 at the age of 67. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Sorensen and Madeline Sorensen; his father-in-law Kerry Jones (KJ); his brothers-in-law, Reg Whiting and John Lowe; his nephew Terry; his siblings, John, Penny and Sheryl (Terry); his daughter Kassandra; his grandchildren, Jacob, Samantha, Jenae and Graysen; his grandfather Gary; and his grandchildren, Layla, Bentley and Axel.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Maple Ridge Funeral Chapel (11969 216 St, Maple Ridge, BC V2X5H9).
