With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Hortence Lopes (Maple Ridge, British Columbia), who passed away on February 20, 2020 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgilio Ponte and Palmira Da Ponte; and her daughter Milita. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Christina Wells and Andrew Wells (Kim); her great grandchildren, Olivia, Brianna and Aiden; and also, Brazil and France.
