We are sad to announce that on November 7, 2021, at the age of 92, Jaroslaw Sweryda of Maple Ridge, British Columbia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Edelin 'Adeline Sweryda; and his parents, Stephan Sweryda and Katherine. He is survived by: his children, Don (Sandy) and Kathy; his grandchildren, Nicholas (Lesley), Paul (Alexandra) and Natalie (Jordan); and his great grandchildren, Brooklyn, Keira and Kinsley. He is also survived by many in-laws, nieces and nephews.

At the request of family, no flowers please. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society of BC.
