She is survived by: her parents, David Giesbrecht and Annie Giesbrecht; her husband Duncan; her children, Mark (Megan), Lindsay Wallin (Cole) and Jennifer Vander Deen (Brayden); and her siblings, Jim Giesbrecht (Sirpa), Howard Giesbrecht (Elaine) and Elaine Warkentin (Paul).
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, February 7th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Maple Ridge Funeral Chapel (11969 216 St, Maple Ridge, BC V2X5H9).
In 1988, she was hired at BC Children's Hospital Foundation, which put on the yearly Children's Miracle Network Telethon.
