Joseph Leonard Alphonse Pare Obituary
Leonard Pare passed away peacefully in his cherished home on February 23, 2025.
A true jack of all trades, Len wore many hats throughout his life—heavy-duty machine operator, well witcher, hockey coach, musician, and master tinkerer. However, his most treasured role was that of a devoted family man.
He lived a life defined by curiosity, hard work, and determination. Whether mastering a new skill or sharing his wisdom, he approached every challenge with humor and resilience, leaving a lasting impact on those who knew him.
Len was predeceased by his parents, Alec and Alma Pare, his siblings Lawrence, Raymond, and Margariette, and his youngest son, Kevin.
He leaves behind a lasting legacy, carried on by his beloved wife of 72 years, Molly, his children Lynn (Michael) and Lorne (Karen), as well as his grandchildren Tiffanee (Brad), Lee (Ashley), Laine (Marissa), Brett (Pan), Drew (Amanda), Courtney (Kyle), Kendra (Scott), and Taylor (Justin). He is also lovingly remembered by his many great-grandchildren and his sisters Lorena Moore and Elaine Rowell.
Though the sun may have set for Leonard, the countless memories and love he shared will continue to shine, keeping the lives of those who knew him a little Sonny.
The family has chosen not to hold a memorial at this time.
