Lloyd Gorrie Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lloyd Gorrie (Mission, British Columbia), born in Regina, Saskatchewan, who passed away on April 27, 2021. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Lloyd Gorrie to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his brothers, Joel Gorrie and Neil Gorrie; his former life partner Regina Gorrie (Yost); his sister-in-law Gail Gorrie; his stepson Patrick Rozek; his stepson-in-law Shawn Kelly; and his parents, Ira Lloyd Gorrie and Geraldine Edythe Gorrie (O'Connor).

He is survived by : his sisters-in-law, Lillian Gorrie and Helen Yost; his children, Gregg Gorrie (Shaunne), Brett Gorrie (Eire), Glenna Partridge (Bob) and Laureen Renfro (Kurt); his grandchildren, Jessica Mickleborough, Nicole Probst (Michael) and Justin Gorrie (Laura); his stepchildren, John Rozek, Allan Rozek (Kathy), Judy Kelly, Christine Collins and Noreen Rozek; his uncle Gordon; his wife Regina Yost (Reggie); and his uncle Leon. He is also survived by extended family included Peggy's five children, and their spouses, grandchildren, and eventually great-grandchildren.

Due to COVID-19 health regulations, a very small funeral mass was held at St. Bernadette Parish, followed by an interment at Gardens of Gethsemani, on May 3, 2021.
