He was predeceased by: his parents, John Ismay and Thelma Ismay. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Ismay (Meredith); his sons, Kirk Ismay (Candice) and Eric Ismay (Trish); his stepchildren, Nicole Anne Meredith and Steven Walter Meredith Fenzl (Stephanie); his siblings, Mark Ismay and Anne Ismay; and his close friend Derrick Rothermel. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
