With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Barbara Jean Catt (Nanaimo, British Columbia), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 27, 2026 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Jeems Daly and Evelyn Sylvia Brooke Daly; her daughter Christa Rae Firth (Herbert Ross Catt); and her sister Sharon Daly. She is survived by: her children, Colin Firth (Monique Motut-Firth), Kelli Firth and Cameron Firth (Laurie); her grandchildren, Cody (Mellicia), Josh (Emily), Kylie, Kamryn, Leo, Gracie, Jack, Danny, Ben, Felix and Olivia; her great grandchildren, Ava, Everlee, Carson and Harland; her sisters, Carolynn Daly (Ivan Foss) and Darlene Isaak; and her nieces, Lori, Tracy, Jennifer and Catherine.
In lieu of flowers a donation may be made in the name of Hospice or your local hospital foundation.
